Message That setup is useful when you have an application where vertically mounted shocks won't fit, such as indy cars. But on our cars, they were designed around vertically mounted shocks. I think this is more of a novelty than a useful item.

Also, having them mounted in the axis of travel is always the most efficient setup. Having a rocker arm will give you a slight loss in efficiency.
